Processing
All in stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and in some cases same day. You should receive an email notification once your order is processed and an email once your order is completed (packed up and ready to go).

Shipping
C10Crew ships several times per week via USPS. Once your order has shipped, you should receive an email with tracking information. Some items are fulfilled directly by the print company. Shipping time varies by location after processing. Once shipped, US orders should arrive within 5 business days, international orders may vary by country. USPS delivers Monday-Saturday. Expect delays during holidays.

Return Policy
Sales are final unless you receive a defective or incorrect item. In such case, please email us via our contact form for instructions. All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
